— в основном дизайн сайтов, иногда продуктов,
— работа над библиотекой элементов,
— объяснять и презентовать свои дизайн-решения команде и клиентам,
— совершенствовать дизайн-процессы в компании,
— работать вместе с UX дизайнером, продукт оунерами, разработчиками, аналитиками.
— и всё это на очень приличном английском.

— опыт от 3х лет,
— портфолио с кайфовыми работами,
— Adobe, Sketch и что-нибудь из прототипирования.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
At Endouble we are looking for an experienced passionate Visual/UI designer that will be able to execute designs that are effective, helpful and fitting the needs of users as well as business goals.

You are able to translate requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. You are an enthusiastic team-player who is able to clearly present and explain your choices to your peers and embrace constructive feedback. You are assertive and empathic, but also know when to pick your battles.

Together with other UX/UI designers you will work on creating career platforms for the top-market clients, make sure your designs match the look and feel of the brand of the customer and come up with a brand style yourself if needed. You will also work on the design-patterns library to increase efficiency and quality of our products. You will constantly improve your work based on the heatmaps, video recordings and data experiments that you will initiate together with UX designer and analytics team.

YOUR DAILY TASKS:
Create interactive prototypes, user flows and visual designs based on our clients’ needs
Present and explain your design choices to peers and clients
Work closely with developers, product owners and analytics teams
Shape the design department to improve the quality of deliverables and efficiency.
Share your design knowledge throughout the company by organising workshops and lunch&learn sessions

REQUIREMENTS:
You have a bachelor or master degree;
3-5 years of experience as a visual/interaction designer;
You can backup your design skills with an impressive portfolio;
You are proficient in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite;
You have excellent communication skills in English;.
Familiar with prototyping tools e.g. UXPin or Invision;
Understanding of UX principles or willing to learn them;
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Google Analytics;
Experience with Flinto or similar is an advantage;
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
