Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)
Clay seeks a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic remote team. As an independent leader, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft exceptional user experiences for our digital products and marketing websites, contributing to world-class design solutions for diverse clients under the guidance of our Design Directors.Скиллы дизайнера (требования)
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience (UX), visual design, and digital product branding;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional digital design experience, with a preference for agency settings;
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality design solutions for digital products and marketing websites;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to create innovative and user-centered design concepts;
- Proficient in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent clearly;
- Experience working effectively in a collaborative team environment;
- Prior experience mentoring junior designers is a plus.
