Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)

• Each day includes daily sync tasks, meetings with a small design team, weekly sprint planning meetings with a design team and management and of course your design contribution.

Скиллы дизайнера (требования)

• Work in a small design team to iteratively improve the user experience. 
• Embrace new features fr om ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production. 
• Design simple and intuitive web and mobile experiences.
• Build our design system by documenting and defining scalable design patterns.
• Participate in regular design reviews wh ere you will seek specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback.
• Execute the product roadmap and help define the product strategy.
• Daily collaboration with engineering, user research, and product teams.

• 4+ years of professional product design experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience designing top-notch UI/UX for web and mobile devices
• Excellence in UX thinking, visual design and written communication
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams
• Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools
• No ego, collaborative and open-minded
