What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join us as our first full time designer and help us define the future of the product. Career development is an extremely complex topic so we want to make the journey extremely simple and aesthetically pleasing for our users.
It’s a key position with an opportunity to solve the problem for a huge market and grow as a leader.
- You’ll be actively involved in all strategic brainstorming and planning for the product.
- You will help us validate numerous hypotheses and find a Product Market Fit.
- You will help us grow the product and the team.
How we work:
- Remote
- Full time; we offer 4 day work week option
- Competitive salary + equity
- Happy to discuss other requirements with successful candidates!
What skills and experience do you need in order to apply?
- 5+ years of experience designing products and systems
- An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem solving and system modelling, through to detailed UI, visual, and interaction design
- Growth mindset: you own your mistakes and are able to learn quickly.
- Self-starter: you identify problems and find solutions. You don’t wait for someone to give you instructions in order to improve something.
- Collaborator: you are a team player and have strong opinions, weakly held.
- Fluent in English

- Anna Buldakova. Anna is an ex PM lead at Facebook, Intercom, Yandex and also a founder of No Flame No Game, a popular blog about product management. Anna is passionate about Future of Work topics, with specific focus on community and well-being.
- Victor Buldakov. Victor is a Senior Software Engineer at WhatsApp, with more than 11 years of experience of building products and eng teams at Facebook, Zalando, N26, Yandex. While his interests range from AR to blockchain, his primary focus is on developing reliable web services for millions of users.
