Clay is a global design agency building world-class digital products and brands. Our clients include Slack, Google, Snapchat, Amazon, Coinbase, and many innovative startups. Our diverse team is located in different parts of the world, but the main locations are Europe and the USA.
We are looking for an Illustrator to join us remotely.
Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)
- Conducting a wide range of illustration tasks, from creating icons and pictograms to crafting expansive concept art, detailed illustrations, and captivating sketches;
- Collaborate closely with the brand design team, UX/UI design team, as well as 3D and motion designers, understanding the approaches and processes of each team while actively engaging and communicating with them to analyze and explore information;
- Leveraging cross-functional collaboration to craft impactful designs while continuously being abreast of industry trends and design principles;
- Fostering a learning environment for illustrators to grow and improve continuously.
Скиллы дизайнера (требования)
- Proficiency in various drawing techniques, composition skills, and color theory knowledge to create visually compelling illustrations;
- Understanding the distinction between an Illustrator and an Artist;
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop;
- Ability to translate concepts into visually evocative metaphors and symbols;
- Ability to develop and maintain illustration systems, outlining their structure and usage in a guideline;
- Experience in animation, 3D, academic drawing, and painting would be considered a plus.
