Who you are:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be part of the product team, helping to build and shape the future of the leading luxury marketplace platform. You have a strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends in UX design and UI technology. You have a passion for solving UX problems with an emphasis on the user's journey, experience, and satisfaction. You have experience creating not only end-state UI but also user journeys, task flows, wireframes, and design concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Design for both sides of the product: marketplace for buyers and dashboard for sellers
- Understand business requirements and suggest designs based on them
- Find innovative, beautiful and simple solutions to complex challenges
- Communicate with developers during the projects, design handoff and QA
- Evolve and maintain design system and associated UI components
- Analyze data in Google Analytics and Hotjar and generate insights
- Take part in video conference calls and project meetings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in designing digital products
- English: advanced reading and writing, intermediate speaking
- Expert in Figma
- Passion for outstanding visual design with a strong attention to details
- Understanding of the end-to-end iterative UI/UX processes, including personas, scenarios, wireframing, prototyping and user research.
- The ability clearly articulate design decisions
- The ability to take ownership of design tasks and work as self-directed member of the product team
- Self-motivated attitude with an ability to plan and execute projects in time
