  • Led the company’s pivoting process: positioning and visual identity redesign, shooting, product matrix re-arrangement, development of new products, and hiring.
  • Led the development of the website, integrations, and automations: design and engineering, CRM, email chains, analytics, and reporting.
  • Managed marketing and finances: built unit economy, financial model, and managerial reports. Raised annual operational revenue by 600% and monthly turnover by 900%. Brought the company out of debt by surpassing the break-even point for the first time in 5 years. Tripled the number of subscribers on social media, increased brand awareness, and established relationships with marketplaces.

  
  

• A ONE SOLAR

  Founding Product Director ^2019—2022

  From product designer to product director and advisor, I developed a $4.2M ARR e-commerce product system from scratch with the One Solar team.
  

  • As a founding product designer, I designed an e-commerce platform with internal products such as a store, calculators, and configurators. I conducted market and customer research and increased conversion through A/B testing.
  • As a product director, I led the development and improvement of products and the store. Together with the founders, I led the development, testing, and growth of a side start-up. I hired, taught, and managed design, marketing, and content teams (10 people). I established business processes for content generation and publishing and developed a design system and new brand identity.
  • As a strategy consultant, I advised the company on marketing, rebranding, social media, and setting up processes.
