We are looking for a talented **Senior UX Designer** with business and user-oriented mindset to help us strengthen our design processes. Someone who can support and educate our product design team with the best UX practices.
You are a great fit if
- You are able to execute the project on the early ideas stage. Gather all the requirements from stakeholders, translate needs, and pain problems into user stories.
- It is not a problem to hop on a call with a potential client to gather requirements needed to start the work/make an estimation.
- You are professional who can stand behind user advocacy and it is not a problem for you to debate and educate the client to make sure that we, as a team, would be able to provide the most user-friendly product as possible.
- You know how to work with quantitative and qualitative data.
- You have happy to take part in improving our design processes.
- You are great mentor, so you can educate other team members.
- You have a great knowledge of working with analytical and test tools.
- You are a usability consultant for the PD team.
- You know how to operate with certain UX artifacts (personas, user-flows, CJM and etc.) and know when NOT to use them.
- Figma is your friend.
- You have experience in user testing.
- And of course, the good spoken and written English. (CERF C1+)
Would be a plus
- Experience in conducting workshops.
- Experience as the lead/mentor in the past.
- JS stack understanding.
- Experience in conducting user interviews.
