Description
- We are looking for an experienced UX designer to join our product development team on building the HR platform that enables companies to automate every process possible in their HR department.
- The perfect match for this position is a person that stays up-to-date with the newest trends and technologies, is excited to learn new things every day, and likes working in a dynamic setup.
- Own design process at flair
- Guide and support with all product design needs from discovery to delivery to growth
- Work side-by-side with the product team
- Run design exploration and ideation activities
- Build interactive prototypes to test and validate new product concepts
- Run user research sessions with multiple user groups and synthesize results to inform the roadmap
- Share design experience, insights & skills with the company
- Proficient with tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, Invision, Zeplin, or similar
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
- Focus on delivering great customer-centric products
- Desire to learn, and continually give and receive feedback effectively
- Good English skills
- Possibility to relocate to Germany after 6 months
- Working with cutting edge technologies
- Working with cutting edge tools (Notion, Github, figma, productboard)
- Flexible working hours
- Flexible paid vacation days.
