We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer for our internal startup — non-custodial Solana based mobile wallet.
As a PD , you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
An ideal candidate is equally talented in analytics and creativity, and thrives in an environment that values design research and strategy.

Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)
- Create high quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate interaction and design ideas
- Has the ability to solve difficult design problems and create frameworks from these design solutions
- Continually optimize existing user interfaces based on findings from research, experiment results, and feedback from the team and users
- Analyse how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences

Contribute to the design system of the shared platforms and global design initiatives
Скиллы дизайнера (требования)
- Detailed knowledge of design tools (Figma, Principle, and others) as well as design basics (typography, colors, grids, etc.)
- A mix of skills that includes interaction, visual, user experience, and prototype design
- Ability to present your design choices and explain your decisions clearly
- Experience designing apps for iOS and Android (we will look at them in the portfolio)
- To be an avid learner, continuously following all the latest best practices relevant to the field
- Experience in fintech will be a plus
