Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)
Stack: Figma + UX research- produce high-quality product design (both mobile and web)
- conduct UX research. Including Jobs to be done paradigm, user interviews, usability testing.
- be part of our design community and build design system together.
- prototyping;
- creation of methods and specifications for usability testing;
- survey of users in English, data analysis and adjustments to the product usability;
- participation in creative brainstorms.
Скиллы дизайнера (требования)
- an extensive experience in Product design
- distinguish UX/UI skills
- design experience and deep understanding of user interfaces,
- master of Figma
- being good at user researches and user interviews
- knowledge of the principles of usability of web applications;
- knowledge of the principles of creating / drawing functional sketches, graphics, etc., comfortable communication with the necessary graphic software;
- understanding the principles of usability testing, the formation of testing methods, analysis of results;
- ability to argue and visualize ideas;
- experience or interest in product development in the finance/trading industry as a plus;
- experience in financial app design
- understanding of cryptocurrencies and Web 3.0 trends
- iconography and UI animation skills (protopie e.t.c.)
