Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)
Key Responsibilities :- Design & Research : Perform in-depth research to understand user needs, business objectives, and market trends. Leverage this knowledge to inform and enhance the design process.
- Ideation & Visualization : Conceptualize and visualize design concepts from initial sketches to fully realized, high-fidelity prototypes. Translate abstract ideas into compelling, user-focused designs.
- UI/UX Design : Develop intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring smooth and engaging user journeys.
- Fast-Paced Environment : Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering top-tier designs without compromising quality.
- 3D, Graphic, and Branding : Participate in a variety of design projects, including 3D modeling, graphic design, branding initiatives, and logo design, with a sharp eye for detail and visual consistency.
Скиллы дизайнера (требования)
Requirements :- At least 3 years of professional experience in design studios or agencies.
- Proven expertise in UI/UX design , with a portfolio that demonstrates a track record of creating intuitive, user-friendly designs with strong visual appeal.
- Advanced skills in graphic design , branding , and 3D design .
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of design in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D design software (eg, Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights and apply them effectively to improve design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with international clients .
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation .
