Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)

• You will be responsible for initial discovery right through to final execution and delivery. We are looking for a generalist designer who wants to work across the full spectrum of design.
• You will develop concepts and visualise them using prototypes which you will refine with users & internal stakeholders. You’ll own the success or failure of design work and initiate design improvements.
• You’ll advocate for our users and put them at the heart of everything you design. You know exactly when to use research and data to make informed design decisions for our users.
• You will take your wealth of experience and help us advance our design practice and product thinking. We are always learning and improving, and we need talented designers to help shape our product culture.
• You’ll build, mentor, and develop a solid product design crew.
• You’ll help with creating, improving and maintaining marketing materials (website, landing pages, leaflets, banners, etc.).
• You’ll work with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketing specialists to iterate on and refine the existing experience.

• Understand the UK Immigration guidelines on a high-level
• Understand the product
• Understand ideal customer profile and their pains
• Understand the processes in existing design team
• Understand how the immigration cases are currently processed
• Help defining milestones for the design team
• Drive research and design of a new product component - recruitment

Скиллы дизайнера (требования)

• Passion for building digital products that have a meaningful impact on people’s lives
• 4+ years of experience in Product Design
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems
• Open, collaborative and proven team player with an ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance or support
• English Language knowledge at the C1 level
