Wert is looking for a teammate (Senior UX/UI Designer with 3+ years exp.) who loves the challenge of taking complex, technical concepts and making them accessible.
Wert is a VC-funded fintech startup that offers payment services for cryptocurrency projects - NFT marketplaces, DeFi protocols, DAOs, etc. We lower users' threshold for entering the crypto world and set an excellent example for other projects. We were the first to develop a tool allowing you to buy NFT quickly on marketplaces using bank cards. Wert also stays at the forefront of the web3 market in several other directions. We value empathy, consideration, taste in design and art, and commitment to evolving one's vision and perception.

Что будет делать дизайнер:

- gain new experience fast by testing solutions in a live environment
- will improve the processes together with the product team
- will participate in collaborations with the most innovative partners from all over the world
- will gain ton of experience with high experienced stacked team
Требования к дизайнеру (скиллы):
You know that you:- have a design portfolio that showcases your ability to design software that is beautiful yet powerful (if there was no time to prepare a portfolio, share pieces of it and be ready to describe your experience)
- are comfortable defining and managing your projects
- know how to think on a strategic level in design and communication
- know how to analyse market and competitor landscape
- can effectively articulate, collaborate, and deliver complex UX briefs
- are a native Figma user
- know english fluently, both written and verbal. User interviews and team meetings are held in English
- are literate, self-organised and responsible
- know how to communicate with junior and middle designers and provide feedback, too
