Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)

• Research and Strategy
  • Contribute to user research and help shape product strategy that aligns with technical and business goals
  • Define and articulate the overall user experience vision and specific design requirements for each project, informed by internal teams and user insights
  • Identify and assess opportunities for product improvement or new features
  • Analyse how proposed solutions meet market demands and user needs
  • Stay informed on current design trends, tools and industry developments
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, design sprints and ideation sessions
  • Iterate on existing designs based on user feedback and shifting priorities

• Design and Collaboration
  • Work closely with clients, designers, developers and project managers to design intuitive, engaging digital experiences
  • Tackle complex UX challenges using creativity, logic and a user-first mindset
  • Communicate ideas through moodboards, personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes and deliverable assets
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to ensure high-quality delivery and accurate implementation
  • Support junior designers through feedback, mentoring and shared learning
  • Help shape our internal design culture by promoting peer reviews, encouraging best practices and advocating for user-centred thinking
  • Take ownership of your time and deliverables. We value autonomy and initiative, and we have created an environment that encourages fresh thinking, responsibility and growth

Скиллы дизайнера (требования)

• Degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Business or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• At least 3 years of experience designing responsive digital products across web, mobile and desktop, ideally in different settings such as agency, in-house or startup
• Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, strong problem solving and a clear understanding of user and business needs
• Comfortable working in agile or lean environments, but flexible with methodologies
• Confident in communicating and presenting design ideas to various stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English. Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is a plus
• Ability to write clear and concise UX copy is desirable
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline and enhance design workflows is an advantage
• Proficiency in: Figma, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace. Nice to have: Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects
