Communication (Landings) Designer (part-time).

At Be[in]Crypto, we create content and products to educate and inspire everyone with crypto & Web3. We generate original content and cover the major news, and make it available in 14 languages. We make it fast and simple. We are much more than a media publication. We also develop educational products and tools and have 4 more products inside our digital nomad backpack: Learn, Rankings, Academy, and Jobs.

We're on the hunt for an awesome Communication Designer to join our team. If you have experience designing emails, landing pages, and developing them using the Tilda tool, then you might be just the person we need. You'll get to flex your design muscles by crafting engaging and eye-catching digital marketing materials that will help us reach our biz goals. Please note that this position is part-time (we anticipate around 40-80 hours per month with 1-2 landing pages per month).

Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)

• Create and build email blasts, newsletters, and landing pages using the Tilda tool.
• Get creative with graphics, illustrations, and visual effects to make marketing campaigns pop.
• Work with the marketing team to understand their goals and create designs that work for them.
• Make sure all designs stay true to our brand rules and standards.
• Take part in design reviews and show off your work to stakeholders. 
• Stay on top of design trends, what works best, and new tech happening around us.

Скиллы дизайнера (требования)

• At least 2 years of experience in communication design, preferably digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Tilda tool, Figma, and Jira. Webflow or Wix skill is a plus. 
• A strong understanding of UX and UI principles is essential. 
• Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory.
• The knack for partnering up with teams from different disciplines.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English at a B2 or above level.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
