Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow their skills and develop their careers.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet brand standards, are visually engaging, and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Work closely with external vendors, such as photographers, to coordinate production and ensure the highest quality output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

Скиллы дизайнера (требования)

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma and other design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• English B2 required and higher, it will plus if u know Russian B2 and higher.
