Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)
- Create performance creatives for Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Design social media assets — Stories, posts, covers for Reels/Shorts
- Design and format email campaigns, infographics, and landing page visuals
- Prepare assets for print (on occasion)
- Adapt layouts quickly to multiple formats and languages
- Maintain brand consistency and templates in Figma
- Use AI tools to generate imagery and animation concepts
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams
Скиллы дизайнера (требования)
- ️ 2–5+ years of experience in graphic or communication design
- Strong understanding of layout, composition, color, and typography
- Confident in Figma and Adobe Suite
- A sharp eye for style — you know how to create bold, edgy visuals without losing brand coherence
- Ability to handle fast-paced creative production
- Experience in adapting global campaigns to multiple regions and formats
- Curiosity and comfort using AI tools for design/animation tasks
Must-Have Skills
- Motion design in After Effects (or other tools)
- Basic 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
- Experience in high-growth B2C brands or performance marketing
Languages
Russian: Native speaker / C2
English: Professional Working Proficiency
