Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)

1. Gather information, design, create, and improve the main product websites.
2. Collaborate with the design team, developers, and stakeholders for better design implementation.
3. Work with metrics and funnels to increase conversion rates.
4. Develop and improve design systems and global product components.
5. Contribute to the development of marketing design systems, including refining the brand book and usage guidelines.
6. Create visual materials for the company’s media activities.

Скиллы дизайнера (требования)

1. Over 4 years of experience working as a designer in Web agency or SaaS companies.
2. A strong visual portfolio of live projects and products completed through all stages of development.
3. Experience designing sales-driven websites and their web identity.
4. Ability to independently work with content, analyze, make decisions and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
5. Experience in creating and working with large design systems and clean, long component chains.
6. Strong structural thinking and understanding of the impact of design decisions on the development side.
7. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and styles.
8. Understanding of various research approaches and knowing when and how to use them.
9. Ability to demonstrate product vision and leverage data and experiments to guide product development.
10. Excellent communication skills to present design solutions to clients or stakeholders.
11. English B2

1. Knowledge or experience in the finance and trading markets.
2. Ability to learn independently, master new tools, and inspire the team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating a top-tier product in the design space.
3. If you have worked in other graphic tools Photoshop/ Illustrator / 3D software and so on
4. Have experience working with AI tools and know how to optimize your work with their help
