Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)

• Lead the artistic direction, creation, and production of branding and digital projects.
• Develop brand identities from concept to execution across various touchpoints.
• Develop logo and brand guidelines.
• Design marketing websites from concept to developer hand-off.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high standards in project delivery.
• Facilitate design interviews and workshops.
• Present ideas, directions, and final designs to clients.
• Oversee Oddbee's social media accounts and content creation, aligning with brand strategy.
• Assist Project Manager in estimating design efforts.

Скиллы дизайнера (требования)

• Location: Americas or Europe (UTC-8 to UTC+3)
• 6+ years in the design industry, with a focus on branding and digital applications (e.g., social media, websites, landing pages).
• Comprehensive awareness of current and emerging design and technology trends.
• Experience working with tech companies.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality.
• Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of interaction design principles for marketing websites. 
• Basic understanding of the possibilities and limitations of front-end development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian.

• Familiarity with Web Accessibility standards and designing for inclusive experiences.
• Experience in a small company or with startups, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Background in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Branding, or related fields is desirable.
• Copywriting skills are a huge asset.
