Hey, this is The Open Platform! We create open platforms that support builders in developing user-friendly applications with Toncoin as a native asset. Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design and marketing) to devise material;
- Creating websites for our products and all marketing collateral for social, educational, merchandise, print, presentation, etc;
- Ensuring there is a thoughtful and cohesive visual design strategy to showcase the brand;
- Contributing to the continuing evolution of the Tonkeeper brand identity.
Скиллы дизайнера (требования)
- Experience as a marketing designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio. Portfolio is required;
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to produce under client deadlines;
- Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus, but not required;
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets;
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- English level - at least B2.
Условия
- Annual bonuses
- Flexible schedule, remote work, annual meetings a few times a year
- Vacation: 4 weeks accumulated over the year, plus 7 days off per year.
- Health Insurance: Quarterly bonus of $150 for insurance at the employee's discretion. Two weeks of fully paid sick leave per year.
Experience in a blockchain sphere would be a plus.
