Profi is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll partner with our CTO, head of product, and head of product design to create groundbreaking solutions. Что будет делать дизайнер? (обязанности)
Responsibilities- Think over and design UI/UX of product interfaces (desktop/tablet/mobile, app in the future);
- Maintain and develop the product design system;
- Improve user experience based on ongoing UX research and customer feedback;
- Participate in the brainstorms of product solutions;
- Transfer the design for development, provide comments/guides, help with implementation;
- Review the quality of implementation of interfaces by developers;
- Use the product, actively participate in improving it, suggest ideas.
Скиллы дизайнера (требования)
Qualifications- Work experience at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of the principles of UX, the ability to make a neat UI, conduct UX tests and research, prototyping, building user journeys;
- Portfolio in the field of interface design with UX design cases;
- Experience in complex product solutions (ERP/LMS/SAAS/CRM);
- Knowledge of Figma;
- Attentiveness to trifles and details, developed logic, self-sufficiency and self-organization, the ability to cope with a large flow of information/tasks, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Russian and English languages.
